Infinity Brewing Company is run and owned by Chris & Tammy, launched in December 2020 and based in Maypole, south Birmingham.
Our three-vessel stainless steel nano-brewery has a capacity of 1BBL. We make small-batch brew runs which allows us to trial different recipes and flavours. In the long term we intend to develop recipes which will include new and interesting ingredients, but the most important thing we want is for our customers to enjoy our beer.
Chris developed an avid interest in home brew in 2011 and this hobby eventually evolved into bigger plans.
Our brewery is run from a converted utility room at our home. In the long term we hope to move into a larger capacity brewery, however we are content to develop our business where we are for now.
As we are based in a residential area we have had some fairly strict restrictions placed on our premises license including not being permitted to have any public visitors to the brewery.
We offer free or cheap local delivery on Fridays and national delivery by courier.
